The American Academy of Pediatrics is pleased to partner with the HSLANJ Group Licensing Initiative and announce a state-of-the art launch you’ll see reflected in the Fall 2014 Offer:
The American Academy of Pediatrics has a new eBook site! We’ve transitioned to a new platform for our award winning pediatric content spanning a multitude of topics ranging from high interest parenting titles to clinical reference, diagnosis and treatment. Our mission is to enhance any learning environment- academic, corporate, medical, public or professional, which is dedicated to the health of all children. AAP eBooks, including core titles, are now offered as a perpetual rights collection purchase. Essential AAP classics such as Nelson’s Pediatric Antimicrobial Therapy, Berkowitz’s Pediatrics, and Pediatric Nutrition are available. In addition, new high interest topics such as global child health, adolescent development and pediatric obesity and more are amply represented in our collections.
Library patrons will have access to AAP exceptional content and enhanced discoverability through on site delivery or state-of-the-art eBook reader. For administrators, we provide the highest quality MARC records and Counter 4 usage reporting. Medical professionals will find the ease of usage for quick reference and point-of-care decision making a welcome benefit that allows for more time to devote to patients, research or related studies. We are excited about our launch, and look forward to continuing the development of our eBook content as the premier and most trusted source for pediatric information.
